Job summary

Oculus Legal Group in Exeter is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our expanding Litigation & Employment team. The role offers exposure to a wide range of disputes and cases from start to finish.

You will support onboarding, client enquiries, document preparation, deadlines, and research, while enjoying a hybrid working setup and ongoing training opportunities. Salary up to £26,000 plus development prospects.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a litigation or legal support role would be beneficial.
• Good communication skills and confidence dealing with clients.
• Excellent organisation and the ability to manage competing deadlines.

• Fielding initial enquiries and assisting with the onboarding of new clients.

We're working with a well-established law firm who are looking to recruit a Litigation Paralegal to join their expanding Litigation & Employment team in Exeter. The team acts for a wide range of regional and national clients, including businesses, charities, housing associations and high net worth individuals.

This is a varied role offering exposure to disputed trusts and wills, intellectual property, data protection, business and property disputes, breach of contract matters and other areas of litigation. It would suit someone looking to develop their litigation experience and gain exposure to cases from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:
