Qualifications

• Previous experience handling a caseload is desirable.
• Knowledge or experience of RTA liability is desirable.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment is desirable.
• Ability to interpret and input data accurately is essential.
• Professional and confident telephone manner is essential.

Responsibilities

• Draft court documents and applications.
• Manage a litigated caseload.
• Obtain and draft witness statements.
• Review third party evidence.
• Instruct Counsel.
• Resolve liability and Quantum disputes.
