Qualifications

• At least 12 months' experience handling credit hire files or experience in the insurance sector.
• Strong interest in Credit Hire Litigation if applicable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of litigated delegated authority small and/or fast-track credit hire claims.
• Gain exposure to high-value and technically complex credit hire litigation, including cases exceeding £50K.
• Engage directly with insurer clients and help shape litigation strategy.
