Due to continued growth and success, we are currently recruiting an ambitious Litigation Executive with Clinical Negligence experience to join our successful team.
Our team of Clinical Negligence solicitors are experts in handling NHS and medical negligence claims, including cases related to medical misdiagnosis, amputation, cancer, nerve injury, spine injury, birth injury, head/brain injury, and negligence claims against doctors, surgeons, and hospitals.
We seek candidates with demonstrable Clinical Negligence experience who can manage their own caseload, assess claims, and ensure clients are well-informed about process and timescales. Responsibilities include handling new claims, actioning them per service level agreements, and updating the Claims Management System. Previous clinical negligence experience is essential.
