Job Description:

Kennedys is looking to enhance and strengthen its Disease team due to organic growth within the practice area. The team is currently seeking an experienced Litigation Executive/Associate to assist the Partners with defendant Disease related claims in our Sheffield, Manchester, or Leeds offices.

This is a great opportunity to work on a high-quality caseload for a variety of clients on defendant personal injury work.

Team

Our national practice services personal injury claims from seven UK office locations. We handle complex, high-profile cases, led by experienced Partners recognized as market leaders. We often work on UK cases requiring cross-border quantum investigations via our international offices.

We focus on partnership and modern solutions, including our in-house R&D and innovative technological and process solutions.

Required experience

• 3-5+ years' defendant personal injury claims experience within a law firm.
• Experience handling fast-track and DCP claims.
• Client contact experience.
• Supervision of junior lawyers.
• Providing client training, writing articles and bulletins.
• Defendant disease litigation experience.
