Catastrophic Injury / Large Loss Solicitor, Legal Executive or Litigation Executive

Our client, a leading national firm, is seeking a talented complex injury lawyer to join their Large Loss team in the UK. The work involves high-quality cases including head and spinal injuries, amputations, and fatalities.

Overview

Working with a leading Partner in the team

This role is primarily supportive, with the candidate working under supervision. The goal is for the candidate to manage a caseload with reserves up to £250,000, while assisting a Partner handling cases over £1m.

The Partner collaborates with experienced legal teams at tier 1 insurers. Responsibilities may include:

• Handling complex injury cases
• Managing multi-track litigation
• Advocacy work (preferred but not essential)

Ideal candidates should have strong litigated experience, some exposure to complex injury work, and an aptitude for handling high-value claims. The team welcomes applications from solicitors, qualified legal executives, and experienced litigation executives, whether full-time or part-time.
