Litigation Executive / Paralegal – Manchester – This leading defendant insurance law firm has a small but rapidly expanding credit hire team, which is set to increase its market presence. The role suits someone with a solid understanding of all aspects of credit hire work, seeking a team where they can make a significant impact. The successful candidate will have the chance to develop their own caseload of diverse credit hire matters and progress within the team.

Overview

The Credit Hire team is expanding and recruiting for multiple roles at different experience levels.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a team at the beginning of its growth phase, allowing the successful applicant to influence the department's future development.

The work involves a mix of pre-litigated, litigated, and complex high-value credit hire cases.

The team handles cases at all stages, including those reaching the Court of Appeal, and has been responsible for recent landmark judgments.
