Job summary

PK Education is recruiting for staff to carry out Literacy Interventions in South Yorkshire primary schools. The role involves delivering one-to-one and small-group booster sessions to raise attainment and support pupils with varying needs.

You will work with teachers and staff to tailor approaches, track progress, and contribute to safeguarding and eligibility checks in line with PK Education standards.

Qualifications

• Strong English subject knowledge, educated to degree level.
• Experience working with primary-aged pupils.
• Commitment to raising attainment and progress for all pupils.
• Examples of raising attainment/grades.
• Ability to offer fun, engaging booster sessions.

Responsibilities

• Increase pupils' attainment in line with school expectations.
• Work one-to-one or with small groups across primary ages.
• Support pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds or with additional needs.
• Collaborate with staff and teachers, tracking and reviewing progress.
