Beresfords Group in North Essex is seeking an experienced Listings Manager to drive valuations and win instructions, with a view to progression through our development and management programme.

Your background should include a proven track record in valuations, sales negotiation, and building strong client relationships. Join a team that rewards success and supports ongoing training and career growth within the property sector.

Qualifications

• At least 24 months experience as a sales negotiator.
• Proven track record in carrying out valuations and winning instructions.
• Full UK Driving License.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Personal integrity; hardworking, personable, professional, and commercially minded.
• Good computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with prospective buyers and vendors to develop engaging client relationships.
• Handling viewing appointments and supporting the offer process.
• Sales progression
• Work closely with inhouse Mortgage & Protection Advisors to support cross selling activity. Similarly with the internal lettings teams also.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Listings Manager with a proven track record in winning valuations to join one of our offices in North Essex. Salary & Benefits

£45,000 to £50,000 per annum, OTE depending on experience.
