Worth Recruiting is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister for our client in Fleet (GU51). You will conduct property valuations, win new instructions, and progress transactions to completion, delivering exceptional service to vendors and buyers.

You will build strong relationships with clients, negotiate sales, generate new business, and support the branch's ongoing success through proactive market activity and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Residential estate agent experience.
• Strong valuation and listing skills.
• Proven track record of winning instructions and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and sales abilities.
• High levels of customer service and communication.
• Full UK driving licence and own car.
• Local property market knowledge is beneficial.
