Job summary

Beresfords Group in North Essex is seeking an experienced Listings Manager with a proven track record in valuations to join our offices. You will help develop client relationships and manage the end-to-end viewings and offers process.

In this role you will drive sales progression and work closely with Mortgage & Protection Advisors as well as lettings teams to maximise cross-selling opportunities and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications

• At least 24 months experience as a sales negotiator essential.
• Proven track record in carrying out valuations and winning instructions.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Personal integrity; hardworking, personable, professional, and commercially minded.
• Good computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with prospective buyers and vendors to develop engaging client relationships.
• Handling viewing appointments and supporting the offer process.
• Sales progression.
• Work closely with inhouse Mortgage & Protection Advisors to support cross selling activity. Similarly with the internal lettings teams also.

Salary & Benefits

£45,000 to £50,000 per annum, OTE depending on experience.
