Job summary

Walsall College seeks a dedicated Link Advisor for its The Link community hub in Walsall, to support residents entering training, skills development and employment paths. You will provide personalised guidance, mentor individuals facing barriers to learning and employment, and build partnerships with local organisations while delivering employability workshops and tracking progress toward outcomes.

The role requires a Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) and strong ICT skills, with a commitment
