Job summary

Marsh in Norwich is seeking a proactive professional for the Delegated Authority Claims team. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days a week and focuses on supporting the management of Coverholder losses while delivering high-quality client service.

You will collaborate with DCAs, manage claims, and use systems like FNOL, bordereau, and reconciliations to keep our processes accurate and timely.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach.
• Team-focused attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
• Confidence working with technical information and resolving complex queries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good numeracy skills and solid MS Excel capability.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Coverholders and DCAs to oversee claims matters.
• Case manage claims and resolve complex or contentious issues.
• Monitor credit control and liaise with Accounts as required.
• Use ECF, CLASS, and IMR to notify insurers of FNOL and collect payments.
• Review bordereau reports, complete account reconciliations, and manage cash calls.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and market participants while meeting SLAs.
