Job summary

Brightstar in Bath is seeking a hardworking Linen Porter to support our housekeeping team and maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

You will collect, distribute and replenish linen across the hotel, assist with supplies, and report issues. The role requires physical fitness and teamwork, with weekend and holiday shifts possible.

Qualifications

• No formal education required, physical fitness essential.
• Able to lift and move linen.
• Attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Collect, distribute, and replenish clean linen, towels, and staff uniforms across the hotel.
• Ensure used linen is properly stored and ready for collection by the laundry service.
• Keep linen storerooms well-stocked, clean, and organized.
• Assist housekeeping staff by delivering extra supplies as required.
• Report any linen shortages, damages, or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
