Marriott Leicester is seeking a dedicated team member to support the housekeeping function, assist guests, and help manage linen stock in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related work experience in customer service.
• Supervisory experience: None required.
• License or Certification: None required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with guest requests such as providing VIP room amenities etc.
• Communicate and collaborate with Housekeeping Supervisors to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain linen and stores in a tidy and organised manner
• Stock and distribute linens to various departments as needed
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in linen storage areas
• Perform regular inventory checks to ensure sufficient stock levels
• Support the housekeeping team by delivering guest requests and stocking carts
• Handle heavy loads and perform physical tasks such as lifting and transporting linens
