Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complies with plant and corporate directives for safety and quality.
• Owns the production line and supports world-class manufacturing.
• Inspects in-process or finished product to meet quality targets.
• Maintains clean and safe work area and equipment.
• Assists with equipment maintenance by performing routine checks.
• Initiates and supports lean and improvement initiatives.
• Performs on-the-job training for other personnel.
• 8.5-hour shifts, rotating early, late and night schedule.
