Job summary

Industrious Recruitment is seeking reliable Machine Operators to join the production team in Leighton Buzzard. You will operate, program, and monitor manufacturing machines, perform quality checks, and pack finished products to meet targets.

The role offers full-time, 6 on 3 off shifts, on-site with training provided and a supportive team environment. Prior experience and good communication are valued, with opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
• Experience programming or setting production machinery advantageous.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work rotating shifts.
• Reliable, punctual, and team player.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and program production machinery.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust as required.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
• Identify and report faults or quality issues.
• Pack finished products safely and accurately.
• Complete production documentation and records.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow health and safety procedures and company policies.
