Job summary

Manpower UK is seeking a Line Operator to join a prestigious Port Sunlight facility on a temporary basis with immediate start. You will operate high-speed production lines, perform fault finding, and help improve efficiency while maintaining quality and hygiene standards.

The role offers £20.28 per hour (37.5 hours per week), rising to £22.53 after completing the training journey. A 5-crew shift pattern includes days and nights with on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience within a Production or Manufacturing environment or demonstrable educational focus in Manufacturing or Engineering.
• Fault finding and an eye for detail.
• Previous qualifications and experience in a mechanical or technical environment advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Checking objects, work and procedures against site standards.
• Ensure adherence to schedules and site KPIs.
• Identify problems in physical processes and machinery and propose improvements.
• Break down procedures into logical steps and interpret plans/diagrams.
• Input details into the system and determine job requirements.
