KPA Recruitment Ltd is seeking a dedicated Line Operator / FLT Driver for a client site in Hortonwood, Telford. The role involves keeping the production line running smoothly, operating a forklift, packing items, and maintaining safety standards.

You will rotate 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am) every two weeks and collaborate with the team to achieve daily targets while ensuring high quality and efficient operations.

Formación

• Proven experience in production or similar role.
• FLT Counterbalance or VNA.
• Basic mathematical skills for reporting and inventory management.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights).
• Manual handling as part of daily tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Feed and monitor machinery on the production line to ensure smooth operation.
• Safely operate a FLT.
• Pack items and move stock around the factory.
• Inspect equipment and identify maintenance needs.

Overview

This position requires candidates to work 12 hour shifts, days & nights, 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am rotating every two weeks.

• Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly for resolution.
