Ethero Ltd is seeking a Multi Skilled Production Operative/FLT driver in Burton upon Trent for a temporary-ongoing role. Shifts include mornings, afternoons, and nights with hourly pay rates and overtime after 41.25 hours.

You will operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, drive a forklift, and monitor product quality while liaising with maintenance to keep the site running smoothly. The role requires a proactive, reliable candidate with good communication, teamwork, and organizational

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Operate a forklift – valid certificate preferably.
• Control the quality of product.
• Responsible for the manufacturing assets.
• Liaise with maintenance and assist where needed.
• Inspect and ensure plant cleanliness and routines are followed.

Multi Skilled Production Operative/FLT driver - Required

Job Type: Temporary-ongoing

Key Duties:

• Operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Operating a forklift - valid Certificate preferably
• Controlling the quality of product
• Responsible for the manufacturing assets
• Liaising with maintenance and assisting where needed
• You will inspect, carry out and ensure that plant routines are regularly adhered to and that the cleanliness of the plant mechanism, plant area, adjacent buildings, and equipment are at all times properly and regularly inspected, cleaned in accordance with site instructions.

Pay rate: AM £12.71 per hour/ PM £14.58 per hour /Nights £15.42 per hour

Overtime paid after 41.25 hours at x1.5

Any lawful deductions will be explained clearly before engagement. Statutory deductions such as Tax, National Insurance, and pension contributions (where applicable) will apply.

Working Pattern:

Morning shift:

Monday to Friday 06:00 - 14:15

Afternoon shift

Monday to Friday 14:00 - 22:15

Night Shift

Sunday to Thursday 22:00 - 06:15

Candidate Requirements:
