Quest Employment Ltd. in Cambridgeshire is recruiting a Line Operative for our cosmetic production facility. You will operate on the production line, ensure efficient packing and uphold quality standards while following safety protocols to maintain a clean workspace.
The role offers a Monday–Thursday 06:30–15:30 and Friday 06:30–12:30 shift pattern, with weekly pay and temporary-to-permanent opportunities. Full PPE is provided and onsite parking is available.
Qualifications

Job description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Operative to join our team at our cosmetic production facility. The Line Operative will be responsible for working on the production line, ensuring the efficient packing of cosmetics, and maintaining high-quality standards.
The Production Operative will work a Monday till Thursday 06:30 - 15:30 on Friday 06:30 - 12:30.
Production Operative - Monday - Sunday to first 40 hours £12.71 per hour.
- Operate and maintain machinery on the production line
- Monitor the packing process to ensure products meet quality standards
- Pack and label cosmetic products according to specifications
- Assist in cleaning and maintaining the production area
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Previous experience in a production environment preferred
