Select Appointments in Brandon is seeking Production Operatives for a cosmetics manufacturing company. Full-time role with consistent hours and a fantastic 3-day weekend every week, working Monday to Thursday 06:00-18:00, offering Friday-Sunday off.

You will operate production and packing machinery, label and package cosmetics, perform quality checks, and keep the area clean. No prior manufacturing needed; full training provided, immediate starts available, great team, strong work-life balance.

Looking for a full-time role with a fantastic 3-day weekend every week?

We’re currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy and growing cosmetics manufacturing company in Brandon.

This is a great opportunity to get into manufacturing or build on your existing production experience, with consistent hours and a great work-life balance.

Working Hours

Monday – Thursday
06:00 -18:00

That means you’ll have every Friday, Saturday and Sunday off.

What will you be doing?

Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Operating production and packing machinery

• Filling, labelling and packaging cosmetic products

• Carrying out quality checks

• Supporting general production and packing duties

• Keeping the production area clean, tidy and organised

• Following all health, safety and hygiene procedures

What are we looking for?

You don't necessarily need previous manufacturing experience, as full training can be provided.

We're looking for people who are:

• Reliable and punctual

• Hardworking with a positive attitude

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
