Job summary

SourceCo Recruitment is seeking a dedicated General Operative to support daily operational activities across departments, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Hours are Monday-Friday 2pm-12am with paid breaks; pay rate is £12.71 per hour, and after 40 hours a £20 weekly bonus applies. This is an on-site, hands-on role offering training and opportunities to develop production skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the assembly, packaging, and preparation of shower products or materials according to specified standards and procedures.
• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Heavy Lifting
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote a safe working environment.
• Support inventory management by receiving, storing, and recording stock movements accurately.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or incidents immediately.
