Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group is recruiting for Production / Manufacturing Operatives to join a busy cosmetics manufacturing environment in Wells.

In this hands‑on role you will assist with packaging, bottling, labelling and quality checks, while helping keep a clean, safe production area; hours are Monday to Friday 07:00–15:00 with overtime available on Saturdays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Packaging finished cosmetic products ready for dispatch
Bottling and filling products
Labelling products accurately and efficiently
Carrying out visual quality checks
Following production procedures and work instructions
Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment
Working closely with colleagues to meet daily production targets

Production / Manufacturing Operative

Location:Wells, BA5 3FF
Hours: Monday-Friday, 07:00-15:00

Working as part of a friendly and hardworking production team, you will play an important role in helping to finalise a range of cosmetic products ready for distribution. This is a hands‑on role suited to candidates who enjoy practical work and working as part of a team.
