Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated production and packing equipment.
• Load materials and packaging supplies as required.
• Carry out quality inspections and product checks.
• Ensure products are packed and labelled correctly.
• Follow production schedules and work instructions.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness.
• Report machinery faults, defects, or quality concerns.
• Support line changeovers and production start-ups.
• Work collaboratively with Team Leaders and colleagues to meet production targets.
• Adhere to health, safety and hygiene procedures.

The Role

As a Night Production Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Working as part of a dedicated production team, you will operate and monitor machinery, carry out quality checks, and support the smooth running of the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring automated production and packing equipment.
• Loading materials and packaging supplies as required.
• Carrying out quality inspections and product checks.
• Ensuring products are packed and labelled correctly.
• Following production schedules and work instructions.
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness.
• Reporting machinery faults, defects, or quality concerns.
• Supporting line changeovers and production start-ups.
• Working collaboratively with Team Leaders and colleagues to meet production targets.
• Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
