Job summary

We are seeking a Night Shift Production Leader for Sofina Foods Europe to oversee a busy production line in a food manufacturing setting. You will ensure safe, efficient and high-quality output while developing and coaching your team on a night shift, Sunday to Thursday, 22:00-06:00.

You will collaborate with Shift Leaders, Technical teams, Engineering and site functions to reach production goals. You will lead, monitor, and improve KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and promote a strong food

Qualifications

• Experience in a Team Leader, Line Leader or Production Supervisor role within manufacturing.
• Skilled at managing performance, prioritising workload and solving operational problems.
• Experienced in leading and developing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety, quality and health & safety standards.
• Familiar with continuous improvement methodologies and KPI management.
• Confident communicating with colleagues at all levels and building effective working relationships.
• Organised, accountable and able to make sound decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

Lead a fast-paced production area where safety, quality and performance come first.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a production line within a busy food manufacturing environment, helping to deliver production targets, develop people and drive continuous improvement. This role is working a permanent night shift, Sunday to Thursday, 22:00-06:00. You'll play a key role in ensuring products are made safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards while supporting and developing your team. Based on the production floor, you'll work closely with Shift Leaders, Technical teams, Engineering and wider site functions to achieve operational goals.

Key Duties

• Level 3 Food Hygiene qualification.
