Zusammenfassung

Morrisons is seeking a Line Leader to head the Hygiene team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will lead colleagues through safe strip down, cleaning, re-assembly and ensuring hygiene across contact areas as part of a structured training and site process.

You will listen to colleagues, take action to solve issues, and work with other teams to implement improvements that speed up and simplify how we work, while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

• Proven ability to support and educate colleagues on procedures.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interpret written and numerical data.
• Proactive in resolving issues and improving processes.

As Line Leader in our Hygiene team, you'll lead a team of colleagues to ensure safe strip down, effective cleaning, re-assembly of machinery and good contact areas through a structured training and site process.

Listening to our colleagues is really important, and you'll do this whilst taking action to solve issues and improve processes wherever possible. Working flexibly to support and liaise with other teams as required, you will look to deliver improvements that speed up and simplify the way we work.
