Job summary

Morrisons is seeking a Line Leader for our abattoir production team. You will oversee a small group, drive standards, and provide tools and training to ensure consistent delivery.

You will operate machinery, set up lines, control batches, and perform labeling, audits and quality checks, reporting on performance. You should have prior manufacturing experience, the ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and be comfortable in a fast-paced food environment with varying temperatures and

More about the role

As Line Leader in our abattoir production team, you'll oversee a small group of colleagues in a set area of our operation, driving standards in the team to ensure consistency of delivery. You'll provide the tools and training to help our colleagues to understand key ways of working and relevant site processes.

Working as part of a team, you'll be supportive to colleagues and demonstrate a positive attitude, sharing knowledge and training new team members. Key parts of the role will include machinery operation and set up, batch control and labelling, audits and quality checks, and reporting on performance status of the production line.
