Job summary

Morrisons in the United Kingdom is seeking a Line Leader for our Production team to oversee a defined area, driving standards and providing tools and training to help colleagues understand key workflows and site processes.

You will listen to colleagues, take action to resolve issues, and improve processes wherever possible, while working flexibly with other teams to speed up and simplify the way we work.

As Line Leader in our Production team, you'll oversee a set area of our operation, driving standards in the team to ensure consistency of delivery. You'll provide the tools and training to help our colleagues to understand key ways of working and relevant site processes.

Listening to our colleagues is really important, and you'll do this whilst taking action to solve issues and improve processes wherever possible.

Working flexibly to support and liaise with other teams as required, you will look to deliver improvements that speed up and simplify the way we work.
