Job summary

Barker Ross is recruiting a Line Leader for a fast-paced co-pack operation in Lutterworth. This hands-on leadership role oversees a production line, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. 14:00–22:00 shifts with a pay rate of £14.10 per hour.

The role requires experience in a production/manufacturing environment and prior leadership experience. Onsite duties include packing/repacking and using IT/WMS systems to maintain records.

Responsibilities

The Role

As a Line Leader, you\'ll take ownership of the production line, leading a team to meet targets while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. This is a hands-on role, where your leadership will directly impact performance and team success.

Shift Details

• 14:00 - 22:00 £14.10 per hour
