Job summary

Staffline is recruiting a Team Leader for a busy distribution centre in Gloucester. You’ll lead a shift, motivate the team and ensure safe, on-time operation with a 4 on, 4 off pattern. You’ll be a confident leader who supports colleagues, drives performance and creates a positive working environment.

This interim assignment runs until the end of 2026 with potential permanent opportunities, and offers day or night shifts, plus training and development to help you grow.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience is essential.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities are required.
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience is beneficial.

Looking for a leadership role where you can make a real difference every shift?

We're looking for Team Leaders to join a busy Distribution Centre in Gloucester on either day or night shifts.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, keeping things organised and helping a team perform at its best. You'll play an important role in supporting colleagues, driving performance and helping create a positive working environment.

Pay and Shift Details

• £14.49 per hour
• Full-time, fixed shifts
• 4 on, 4 off shift pattern
• Day shifts: 6am to 6pm
• Night shifts: 6pm to 6am
• Interim opportunity until the end of 2026
• Potential permanent opportunities
