Zusammenfassung

AMFRESH Group is seeking a Line Leader at our Peterborough site. This permanent, weekly-paid role offers reliable hours, a 4 on/4 off shift (05:45–18:15) and the chance to drive production performance on the line.

You will lead a shift team, monitor KPI data, complete shift paperwork and identify improvements to boost efficiency, with clear opportunities for growth within a thriving Tesco-partnered business.

Qualifikationen

• Previous line leader/manager experience.
• Food/FMCG production experience or eagerness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail with good KPI awareness.
• Quick decision-maker who adapts well under pressure.
• Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills.

About The Role

We are recruiting for a Line Leader at our Peterborough site. This is a permanent, weekly-paid position providing consistent work, reliable hours, and long-term growth opportunities within a thriving business.

• Shift Pattern:4 on, 4 off (05:45 to 18:15)
• Hourly Rate:£13.70 (paid weekly)

As an AMFRESH Line Leader, you will:

• Lead and motivate your team to ensure smooth production line performance.
• Oversee our production lines and suggest improvements to increase effciency.
• Complete all required paperwork and admin tasks before the end of each shift.
• Monitor and record KPI performance through regular admin work.
• Report stockdiscrepancies and issues promptly to you manager.
• Make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.

About You

To be a successful Line Leader, the qualities we are looking for are:
