Great Hallingbury Manor in Bishop's Stortford is seeking a Line Chef to join our kitchen team. You'll help prepare and cook menu items to our recipes, delivering high-quality dishes with care and consistency, and maintaining food hygiene throughout the operation.

You'll work with a friendly team across breakfast, events and dinner services, staying calm under pressure, organising storage, and supporting stock control.

Qualifications

• Passion for food and cooking required.
• Previous experience in a hotel, pub, or restaurant kitchen.
• Positive attitude and strong team spirit.
• Ability to stay calm and organised during busy services.
