Great Hallingbury Manor in the English countryside near Stansted Airport is seeking a Line Chef to join our busy hotel kitchen. You will deliver freshly prepared dishes and work alongside a supportive team across breakfast, events and dinner service.

We value passion for food, a positive attitude, and strong team spirit. Experience in a hotel, pub or restaurant kitchen is preferred, along with calm focus, high standards of food safety, and excellent presentation.

• Preparing and cooking menu items to company recipes and standards.

• Assisting with stock control, ordering, and rotation.
• Reducing wastage and helping maximise efficiency.
