Away Resorts is seeking a Line Chef for its UK holiday parks, including locations such as Tattershall Lakes and Whitecliff Bay. You will be preparing and cooking for a busy restaurant, delivering delight to guests, with hours that include evenings and weekends and a salary of up to £14 per hour paid weekly.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in a line cook role (chef de partie/commis etc).
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Good organisation and problem-solving abilities.
• A real passion for food and enthusiasm.
• Resilience under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals for a busy restaurant, ensuring consistent quality.
• Ensure correct portion sizes and follow dish specifications, with waste managed.
• Maintain safe, clean, and hygienic kitchen workspaces in line with food safety regulations.
• Support stock management and team coaching to control food margins.
