Job summary

Fenwick Newcastle is seeking a Line Chef to join our team on a 40-hour contract at Brunswick Champagne Bar. This fixed-term 3-month role focuses on delivering high-quality food with great care and consistency in a busy retail hospitality setting.

We value experience as Commis, Demi Chef or Chef de Partie, a passion for food, plus attention to detail and trends. You will work with fresh ingredients, contribute to menu development, and enjoy a competitive salary and benefits.

• Previous hospitality experience as Commis, Demi Chef or Chef de Partie.
• Proven track record in high-quality restaurant food.
• Excellent product knowledge and awareness of trends.

We are excited to announce that we have a Line Chef role available in Fenwick Newcastle. Unlike many roles in hospitality, our roles do not include late night working giving a rare and much sought after, work life balance.

Contracts Available:

1x Line Chef - 40 Hours - Brunswick Champagne Bar (Fixed Term 3 month contract)

What do we look for?

• Previous experience in hospitality as a Commis, Demi Chef or Chef de Partie is preferable.
• A proven track record in producing high-quality restaurant food is essential.
• Excellent skills and product knowledge as well as awareness of food trends.
• Exceptional attention to detail and meticulous ways of working.
• Passionate about food with the aptitude to learn and adapt to new and different ways of working.
