Lancashire Independent Living Service in Ormskirk is seeking caring Personal Assistants to support a 20-year-old man with cerebral palsy in his family home, enabling him to participate fully in daily life and activities. There are varied hours available, including bank shifts, which will be discussed at interview.

Full training will be provided; a positive attitude, reliability, and excellent communication are essential.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a team of personal assistants to support a 20-year-old man with cerebral palsy living in the family home.

There are various hours available, including bank hours, to be discussed at the interview.

We are looking for caring, proactive, and motivated individuals with a passion for supporting others, ideally someone with a good sense of humour and who is down to earth. Someone willing to support with all aspects of care. Ideally, these people will be reliable, consistent, and fun!

Previous experience is desirable; however, full training will be provided. A positive attitude and good work ethic are also essential. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a driver, you should be comfortable driving a wheelchair-accessible vehicle, and you must have a full, clean license and insurance for work purposes.
