Lancashire Independent Living Service is seeking two Personal Assistants in the Ormskirk area to cover 47 hours per week in a job-share arrangement. You will support individuals with daily living tasks and community activities, providing companionship and practical help.

Ideal candidates are caring, reliable and friendly. DBS check is required; driving is preferred but not essential, and full training will be provided to successful applicants.

Formación

• Previous care experience is not essential.
• Training will be provided.
• A car driver is preferred, with proof of business insurance.

We are looking to recruit two Personal Assistants to work as part of a job share arrangement, providing support across 47 hours per week.

• Laundry and ironing
• Washing and drying hair
• Organising clothes for the day
• Supporting access to the community (coffee trips, walks, outings)
• Providing companionship and social support

Previous care experience is not essential. This role is about finding the right person with the right attitude and approach. Training will be provided.A car driver is preferred, with proof of business insurance cover. However, only one driver is required between the two roles, so non-drivers are still encouraged to apply.
