Job summary

Egis in the United Kingdom is seeking a Portfolio Manager for PDA to deliver a £13m annual programme of lighting asset replacement across the M25. You will lead a team of Project Managers and oversee around 60 projects each year, ensuring safe, efficient delivery from design through handover.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, PMP or AMP PMQ certification, and familiarity with NEC3/NEC4 contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• PMP or AMP PMQ certification or equivalent.
• Experience delivering a £13m annual programme in a motorway/large infrastructure environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers in a matrix organisation.
• Oversee around 60 projects annually from design through handover.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and cost-efficient delivery.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with the Asset Team and clients.
• Manage governance and reporting, ensuring inputs and forecasts align with the programme.
