Job summary

Egis Group in the UK is seeking a Portfolio Manager for PDA to deliver a £13m annual programme of linear and street lighting asset replacement across the M25. You will lead a team of Project Managers across up to 60 projects a year, ensuring safety, efficiency and adherence to high standards from early design through to handover.

You will have proven leadership in matrix organisations, manage multiple projects under pressure, and hold a degree in engineering or construction management with PMP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience.
• PM Certification: PMP or AMP PMQ
• Good working knowledge of NEC3 and NEC4 contracts
• Experience leading teams in a matrix organisation
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
• Strong safety standards awareness (Making Safety Personal)

Responsibilities

• Oversee ~60 projects per year across the PDA programme.
• Lead PMs, ensuring safe, efficient delivery and high standards.
• Manage governance through gateway processes and reporting.
• Develop income and cost profiles and forecasts for the portfolio.
• Maintain strong stakeholder management with Asset Team and clients.
• Ensure compliance with DBFO contract and change management.
