TS International in the South Midlands is seeking a Project Manager / Technical Sales Support to coordinate live projects, provide technical spec support, and liaise with the factory. The role suits a lighting professional who can bring structure, clarity, and momentum to multiple concurrent projects.

Office-based position with a focus on specification work, factory communication, and cross-team collaboration; strong Excel and IT skills are essential.

• Background in the lighting industry with practical knowledge of lighting products and specs.
• Confident interpreting technical documentation and creating accurate specification sheets.
• Organised, commercially aware and able to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Strong Excel skills and good general IT competency.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and manage progression of live projects across the sales team to meet timelines and client expectations.
• Identify risks or bottlenecks across multiple projects and escalate as needed.
• Help structure workflows and improve processes to support business growth.
• Serve as the primary technical resource for internal sales and admin teams.
• Handle product and specification queries and produce specification sheets.
• Assist with quotations occasionally while focusing on technical support.
• Liaise with the factory pre-order to confirm specs and ensure orders are technically complete.
• Maintain post-order communication with the factory on progress, lead times, and amendments.
