Job summary

Lloyds British, part of The Speedy Group, is seeking a Lifting Inspection Engineer in Erith. This full-time role (39 hours per week) involves inspection, testing and certification of lifting equipment, with additional tasks such as rigging loft operation and occasional destructive testing.

Qualifications

Eye for detail, with good problem solving ability and a practical approach.
Good communicator with the ability to analyse and impart knowledge.
Full training will be provided; prior lifting equipment industry experience is desirable.
LEEA qualification or related credentials desirable.

Responsibilities

Perform lifting inspections and testing (load tests, pull tests, occasional destructive testing).
Manning the rigging loft and inspecting lifting accessories.
Deliver a reliable, responsive service ensuring equipment is safe and compliant.
