Job summary

WH Scott Group in Bristol is seeking a proactive Lifting Gear & Warehouse/Workshop Coordinator to manage lifting equipment and stock, ensure maintenance, inspections and certifications are carried out to the highest standards.

You will oversee warehouse operations, coordinate with inspectors and suppliers, and maintain accurate records while supporting safe, compliant and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, stock control or lifting equipment management.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Knowledge of quality, safety, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control loose lifting gear warehouse stock.
• Oversee goods-in and goods-out processes for lifting equipment.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.
• Coordinate storage and distribution of lifting equipment.
• Verify and certify lifting equipment in accordance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Coordinate internal and external inspections of lifting equipment.
• Maintain inspection, testing, and certification records.
• Manage lifting equipment administration and documentation.
• Coordinate lifting equipment service and supply activities.
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and customers regarding lifting equipment requirements.
