Marmon Lift Recruitment is seeking a seasoned National Lift Service Director to lead the UK service operation, driving performance and ensuring high standards across regions. The role is senior, hands-on and influence-driven, with responsibility for the entire service delivery and client satisfaction.

You will lead service teams, oversee KPIs, and shape strategic improvements while ensuring compliance and safety across the business.

Qualificações

• Good technical understanding of lift servicing, maintenance and breakdowns
• Clean UK driving licence

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the national lift service operation across the UK
• Manage and support Service Directors, supervisors and engineering teams
• Oversee PPM delivery, breakdowns, callouts and lift shutdowns
• Monitor service KPIs, engineer productivity, response times and performance
• Ensure issues are followed through to resolution and service standards maintained
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Review engineer coverage, workloads and resources
• Identify and implement process improvements in service delivery
• Support growth and development of the Service Department
• Maintain high health, safety and compliance standards

Marmon Lift Recruitment is recruiting an experienced National Lift Service Director to join a successful and growing independent lift and escalator business.

You’ll take responsibility for the performance and delivery of the company's national service operation, lead service teams, and ensure consistently high standards across the UK. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role offering genuine influence over how the Service Department operates and develops.

Commutable from: Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, Blackpool, Bradford, Preston, Warrington, Bolton, Stockport, and surrounding areas.

The National Lift Service Director Role

• Lead and develop the national lift service operation
• Manage and support Service Directors, supervisors and engineering teams
• Oversee PPM delivery, breakdowns, callouts and lift shutdowns
• Monitor service KPIs, engineer productivity, response times and performance
• Ensure technical and operational issues are followed through to resolution
• Maintain consistent service standards across all regions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Review engineer coverage, workloads and operational resources
• Identify and implement improvements to processes and service delivery
• Support the continued growth and development of the Service Department
• Maintain high standards of health, safety and compliance

The Ideal Lift Service Director Candidate

• Strong experience within lift service and maintenance
• Previous experience in a Service Director, Regional Service Director or National Service Director position
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Good technical understanding of lift servicing, maintenance and breakdowns
• Strong leadership, communication and people-management skills
• Commercially aware with a focus on service quality and customer retention
• Confident managing KPIs, operational performance and client relationships
• Comfortable managing nationwide service works.
