TK Elevator GmbH is seeking an experienced Lift Service & Callout Engineer for the South West region (Bristol/Devon & Somerset). The role covers servicing, inspecting, and repairing client lifts, with pro rata out-of-hours work and a focus on safety and customer care.

You will hold an NVQ3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent, possess a full UK driving license, and demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills while delivering high-quality service.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Lift Service & Callout Engineer to join our South West division based in Bristol/Devon & Somerset, who will be responsible for servicing, repairing and maintaining our clients' elevators across their region.

As a Lift Service & Callout Engineer, your day to day will include:

• Servicing and maintaining customer lifts
• Carrying out safety checks and risk assessments
• Planning and managing workload around assigned jobs
• Responding to emergency breakdowns as directed, identify and rectify faults and report any concerns to the Area Service & Repair Manager
• Maintaining stock and ordering supplies through our supply chain
• Recommending parts and equipment that need to be quoted or ordered to keep the lifts compliant
• Out of hours work on a pro rata basis

• NVQ3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent qualifications
• Hold a full UK Driving License and able to travel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to use your initiative and work well with others
