TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Lift Service Engineer based in Belfast, Northern Ireland, to service and maintain client lifts across the region. You will handle repairs, safety checks, and workload planning, with van stock management and quotes as part of your duties.

You will require an NVQ3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent), a full UK driving licence, and excellent communication skills. The role includes generous holiday, pension, health and wellbeing benefits.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Lift Service Engineer to join our Northern Ireland based in Belfast, who will be responsible for servicing and maintaining our clients' elevators across their region.

As a Lift Service Engineer, your day to day will include:

• • Servicing and maintaining customer lifts
  • Repairing or replacing lift parts
  • Responding to mechanical failures and breakdowns
  • Carrying out safety checks and risk assessments
  • Planning and managing workload around assigned jobs
  • Maintaining van stock and ordering supplies through our supply chain
  • Recommending parts and equipment that need to be quoted or ordered to keep the lifts compliant
  • Out of hours work on a pro rata basis.

• NVQ3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent qualifications
• Hold a full UK Driving License and able to travel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
