Job summary

Classic Lifts, part of Complii, is hiring a Lift Modernisation Sales Engineer to deliver lift modernisation across Scotland and the UK. You will combine technical engineering know-how with commercial acumen to identify and secure projects, survey lifts, and produce technical specifications and quotes.

This hybrid role prioritises strong client relationships, a proactive approach, and travel throughout Scotland and wider UK, with an OTE of £80k uncapped, 25 days leave, pension, sick pay and

Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales or engineering with strong commercial acumen.
• Ability to survey lifts, diagnose upgrade requirements and specify solutions.
• Knowledge of EN81, BS7255 and LOLER regulations and standards.
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed site surveys of passenger, goods and platform lifts and produce reports.
• Design modernisation or replacement solutions and liaise with engineers and suppliers.
• Prepare professional quotations with clear scope and pricing.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline with clients, consultants and key accounts.
