Job summary

Classic Lifts is seeking a Lift Modernisation Sales Engineer to deliver modernisation and replacement solutions across Scotland and the wider UK, combining technical engineering with strong commercial acumen to identify, specify and secure projects that improve lift safety and lifecycle value.

You’ll survey lift installations, diagnose upgrade requirements, produce technical specifications and deliver professional quotations, while developing strong client relationships, managing a sales

Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of lift systems and modernisation experience.
• Ability to create clear, commercial specifications and proposals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducting detailed site surveys across Scotland and UK to identify upgrade needs.
• Designing and specifying modernisation or replacement solutions for lifts.
• Preparing and presenting professional quotations with clear scope and pricing.
• Developing and managing a sales pipeline with key accounts.
