Job summary

Lifton-focused roles: Marmon Lift Recruitment Ltd seeks an experienced Lift Project Manager to own lift modernisation, refurbishment and new installation projects across Leeds and regional sites. You will manage multiple live projects from planning through handover, coordinating engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients while maintaining programme, costs, quality and safety.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years' experience delivering lift projects.
• Experience managing multiple sites and project teams.
• Strong background in lift modernisation, refurbishment, or new installation.
• Good understanding of CDM, HSE and RAMS.
• SMSTS, Temporary Works or lifting qualifications advantageous.
• Strong commercial, organisational and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage lift modernisation, refurbishment and new installation projects.
• Take full ownership from planning and pre-start through to handover.
• Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
• Manage programme, costs, quality, safety and project documentation.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning and close-out.
• Conduct site visits, progress meetings and quality inspections.
• Manage defects, variations and project reporting.
