Job summary

Jackson Lift Services Limited in the Midlands is seeking an Installations Supervisor to lead lift installation and major modernisation projects on site. The role also covers planning and purchasing key materials and using installation management and database systems.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of lift installation experience, with proven on-site supervision, strong technical knowledge, and excellent communication with clients, suppliers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years lift installation experience including major modernisation projects.
• Proven experience supervising installation activities on site.
• Strong technical knowledge of lift installation practices.
• Excellent communication skills with clients, suppliers and colleagues.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise lift installation and major modernisation projects on site.

• Ensure efficient use of installation management and database systems.
• Coordinate ISO procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental and ISO requirements.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal departments.

• Undertake other duties as required by the position.

Due to continued company growth, we welcome applications for the new position of Installations Supervisor within our Installations department based in the Midlands.

The busy, rewarding role will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Supervising lift installation and major modernisation projects on site.
• Planning and purchasing key materials for installation projects.
• Ensuring the efficient use of installation management and database systems.
• Coordinating company ISO procedures and quality standards.
• Maintaining compliance with all company policies, particularly Health & Safety, Environmental and ISO requirements.
• Liaising with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal departments.
• Monitoring project progress and supporting successful project delivery.
• Undertaking other duties as required by the position.

Full training will be provided, as required.

Essential Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years lift installation experience, including major modernisation projects.
• Proven experience supervising or leading installation activities on site.
• Strong technical knowledge of lift installation practices and industry standards.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A full UK driving licence.
